Stuff You Should Know
payment
You likely have already received a quote. Keep in mind the total you pay will usually be altered only if there are any additional materials I must purchase (i.e. stock images, fonts, prints...etc.) or per additional round of revision. I do require a 50% deposit before I begin on any project. The other 50% is due upon final file delivery to client. Payment is easy, in true millennial fashion, I accept Credit Card (a transaction fee will be applied), Venmo or Zelle.
turnaround
Please keep in mind that although I only accept a limited amount of freelance projects at one time, I do work full-time during the week (as a designer!) and often can only work on these projects on evenings and weekends. Turnaround with revisions can range from client to client, but with proper communication from both sides we can expect to have your finalized project from anywhere between 2 weeks for collateral, 3 weeks for standalone logos and 6 weeks for more involved branding projects
delivery
We’ll be using Google Slides to communicate and go back and forth on feedback. Once you have signed the project agreement and made the 50% down payment, I will send you your custom Slides link where you’ll find your project details and where I’ll begin uploading proofs. Final files will be delivered in a packaged folder via Google Drive with literally everything you’ll ever need to make your brand successful.
